Prawn Toast



A toast perfect for tea time with a good cuppa tea.

10 large fresh prawns/tiger prawns
10 white breads(cut of the crust and cut into 3 parts
1in ginger(julienned)
1 handful  spring onions
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Sauce
A few drops sesame oil
½ tbsp Chinese wine(optional)
2 tbsp light soya sauce
2 egg white
Method
Cut the prawns into a few small parts.Keep aside.Beat the egg whites and mix all the sauces in a bowl.Add in spring onions ,ginger and prawns.Leave a side for 10mins.


Take a small bread ,and place the prawn filling in the middle.Coat all parts with sesame seeds and deep fry. As you place the bread ,it will slowly turn and cook .Fry for a bit until the bread turns golden brown.Do the same with the rest of the bread until you finish the filling.
You can serve it as it is or with come chilli sauce.
