Curry Curlies

A simple tea time snack , done with the usual Kawan Puff Pastry.




750g Puff Pastry (I used Kawan Puff Pastry)
185g(6oz) butter
2tsp curry powder
250g potato chips( I used ROTA BBQ)

Direction:
On a floured surface roll a sheet of the puff pastry ,Cut pastry into 1cm strips.Brush both sides of strip with combined melted butter and curry powder.Lightly press finely crushed potato chips on both sides, twist to curl.Place on lightly greased oven trays,preheat oven 180C and bake for 15-20mins or until golden brown.
