I ready-made pizza crust
Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Grated Cheddar Cheese
Thinly sliced pineapple (optional)

Ingredients A
Mix together:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
Ingredients B
Filling
100gm minced chicken
3 tbsp Leggo Bolognese Sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 1/2 tbsp chicken curry powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 medium-size onion, sliced thinly
1/2 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
In a wok, heat about 3 tbsp of oil. Saute the minced chicken so it's not tangled. Once you have smaller pieces of chicken pieces, add in chopped onions and saute further. Then add in chicken curry powder, bolognese sauce, tomato sauce and chilli powder. Mix well and well to cook for about 5 mins. Add some water if the dish is too dried. Finally, add in salt and sugar to taste. Give a stir for about a minute, then close fire. Leave to cool before using.
Preheat oven for 180C. On a flat pan, place a pizza crust , coating with some olive oil. Bake for 10mins in the oven. Take out and spread with ingredients B. Spread the chicken filling plus some pineapple (if using) all around, and sprinkle all around with grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20mins or until the edges of the crust browns and cheeses melt.
