Minced Chicken and Bak Choy Noodles






180gm instant Japanese fresh Ramen (or yellow noodles)
one handful of beansprouts
2 Bak Choy, discard the bottom white part
2 to 3 tbsp minced chicken
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp salty light soy sauce
some chopped spring onions
brown sugar to taste

Pound
3 nips garlic
1 red chilli
1 shallot





Cook the ramen noodle according to the instruction on the packet.

Heat wok and our in about 2 tbsp oil. Saute the pounded ingredient until aromatic. Throw in minced chicken and stir fry until chicken is cooked. Next, mix in the ramen noodles, followed by all the sauce with sugar. Stir for a minute, then throw in the bak choy, beansprouts and spring onions. Stir fry until bak choy has softened. Dish out and serve.
