Rich Butter Marble Cake

250gm buttercup
180gm castor sugar
3 eggs
60ml fresh milk
250gm plain flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp chocolate emulco
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Preheat oven to 180C, greased and lined a 7in rectangular baking tin. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in fresh milk and beat further until well incorporated with the batter. Fold in sifted flour mix with baking powder.

Divide batter into two portions. Add in cocoa powder and chocolate emulco in one and keep aside. In another add in vanilla essence. Spread alternatively the batter and use a thin stick to swirl the whole batter around. Just play around as you like. LOL. Bake the cake for about 30 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
