40gm buttercup (soften)
40gm ghee (don't melt)
40gm castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp grounded almonds
110gm low protein flour/plain flour
pink, purple and blue colourings
extra castor sugar for dusting
Beat sugar, butter and ghee until light and fluffy. Then mix in vanilla essence and grounded almonds. Mix well. Fold in flour until become a dough. Separate into three parts and colour them with pink, purple and blue. Take a small marble size of each colour dough and press it together in your palms. Roll until all three colours combine well. Flatten slightly and place on a pan covered with baking paper.
Preheat oven at 170C and bake cookies for 20mins. Once done, coat in castor sugar and leave to cool. Keep in an airtight container.
