150 gm butter, room temperature
100 gm margarine, room temperature
260 gm plain flour
120 gm corn flour
20 gm cocoa powder
20 gm full cream milk powder
120 gm icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 egg yolks
red colouring

Mix and sieve all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Keep aside. Beat butte, margarine and sieved icing sugar for a minute. Then add in vanilla essence and mix well. Add egg yolk one by one and beat until combine. Then fold in the dry ingredients bit by bit until becomes a dough.
Take a dough and fill in a daisy presser, decorate with chocolate chip and I sprinkle some gold dust on it. Preheat oven at 170 C, bake around 8 to 12 mins. Leave to cool before storing.
