100gm castor sugar
2 tbsp custard flour
1 egg (beaten lightly)
1 tsp vanilla essence
Beat butter and sugar to combine. Do not beat until creamy and fluffy. Add in beaten egg and essence. Mix in sieved dried ingredients(flour, cornflour and custard flour). If the flour is too soft can add more plain flour. Make the dough into 4 parts. One part mix with orange coloring. Make all the mixture into balls. Keep them refrigerated for about 4 hours or overnight. Grate into paper cups, a mixture of plain and orange coloring to give a two-tone effect and decorate with chocolate rice.
Bake in preheated oven 180C for 15mins (depending on the amount in the cups).
