Kerabu Bunga Kantan/Chicken Torch Ginger Salad










2 Dinding Brand crispy chicken fingers/popcorn chicken
3 torch ginger, julienne
2 long beans, cur small
1 red chili, deseeded, and chopped
2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
1 turmeric leaf, julienne
3 shallots, chopped
Calamansi lime juice from 4 limes, limau kasturi
salt and sugar to taste







Deep fry chicken pieces, cut into small parts, keep aside.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning. Place the chicken pieces on top. Serve immediately as a side dish with rice.
