Begidil Kentang/Potato Begidil














3 large Washington potatoes, boiled until soft

1 medium onion, chopped fine
3 white bread,discard the sides, blender into crust
1 red chilli, chopped fine
1 tbsp chopped spring onions
1 tbsp chopped daun sup,celery leaves
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp cornflour
salt to taste

Coat
1 egg beaten



Peel of the skin of the potatoes, and mash fine. Mix all the ingredients except egg. Take a small ball size dough and flatten lightly. Dip in beaten egg and shallow fry. Do the same until the mixture finishes. Serve with rice or serve for teatime with chilli sauce.
