Sarang Puteri Salji






250gm butter
100gm castor sugar
1/2 cup desiccated coconut 
350gm flour
2 tbsp custard flour
100gm cornflour
1 egg (beaten lightly)
1 tsp rose essence
pink coloring

Garnishing
White chocolate rice

Beat butter and sugar to combine. Do not beat until creamy and fluffy. Add in beaten egg and essence. Mix in sieved dried ingredients(flour, cornflour, custard flour, and desiccated coconut). Add coloring and mix. If the mixture is too soft can add more plain flour. Make into 4 balls and keep refrigerated for about 4 hours or overnight. Grate into paper cups and decorate with chocolate rice. 
Bake in preheated oven 160C for 10-12mins (depending on the amount in the cups).
