250g butter
1 tbsp shortening
1 cup castor sugar
1 egg
4 cups plain flour
2 tbsp corn flour
1 small bottle(175g) Lady's Choice Nutty peanut butter

Combine butter, shortening, sugar and peanut butter in a bowl. Mix well. Do not overbeat teh mixture. Mix in beaten egg and combine. Then mix in the dry ingredients. Mix until it becomes a dough. The mixture won't be sticky.
Grease mini molds with butter, press in a small ball-shaped dough firmly to form shape.
Bake in preheated oven 160C for 20 to 25mins, depending on the thickness of the cookie. Leave the cookies to cool before taking out from the molds. Press in the center a chocolate chip. Keep in airtight container.
