Milky Cheesy Daisy Cookies

Semperit Susu Cheese







250gm butercup
1/4 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
400gm plus 1/4 cup corn flour
1 tbsp custard flour
2 tsp grated parmesan cheese


Decoration
Chocolate decorative/chocolate rice

Beat lightly buttercup with icing sugar. Do not over beat until creamy , beat until both ingredients combined, do not overbeat. Mix in condensed milk and vanilla essence.Then add in corn flour and custard flour. Mix well until it becomes a dough. If sticky leave in the fridge for a while before pressing through with the daisy presser shown below. 




Bake in preheated oven 160C for 23-25mins.
