Soy Sauce Stir Fried Noodles/Mee Goreng Kicap








350gm yellow noodle
2 nips garlic-chopped
50gm mustard green/sawi
100gm prawns
100gm chicken meat
3 fish balls, half or cut three parts
30gm thinly sliced fish cakes
100gm beansprout
1tsp or more sugar
salt (optional)
1/2 tbsp chilli paste (optional) , I did not add as I prefer non spicy food

Sauces
3 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp dark soy sauce(I used caramel soy sauce)
1 tbsp oyster sauce




Heat about 2 tbsp oil, saute the seafood, chicken meat lightly, then add in chopped garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Add in noodles and stir fry for a minute. Throw in the sauces, salt and sugar to taste.Stir to combine all the ingredients. Finally, add in mustard green ad beansprout. Stir and cook for 1 to 2minutes. Dish out and serve.
