Crispy Okra








120gm ladies fingers
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp fennel seeds (pounded coarsely)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp rice flour
salt to taste
a few drops of yellow colouring




Wash and dry the okras. Cut length wise , or if  its long , halve it and cut length wise.
Mix all the ingredients. Heat 2 cups oil . Deep fry the okras until it turns light brown and crisp. Dish out on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Cool before storing in an air tight container or better to serve immediately.
