150gm green pea flour
150gm red rose flour
100gm icing sugar
1 tsp baking powder
150-170ml corn oil
a pinch of salt
1 egg (beaten )-for glaze
Sieve all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.Mix in salt. Then add bit by bit the corn oil, and make into a dough. You can use your hand to mix the flour with oil. If dough is crumbly, add more oil until it becomes pliable.
Flatten the dough and cut using a cutter of your choice (preferable a small design) .Glaze with beaten egg and you can decorate as per your liking. Bake in 150C
preheated oven for 10mins. Remember that baking time varies depending on the design and thickness of your cookies.
Leave to cool before storing in an air tight container.
