Oyster Sauce Prawns







1/2 kilo medium size prawns(de shelled and leave the tail intact)
3 nips garlic, cut length wise
5 shallots, halved
2 sliced ginger
1 green chilli, cut into 4 parts
1 red chilli, cut into 4 parts
1 sprig green onion/scallion, cut into a few parts

sauces
1 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp lingam chilli sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
salt(optional , as have added light soy sauce)

In a wok, heat 1 tbsp oil, saute garlic,ginger and shallots. Then add in prawns and saute until it turn pink. Add in the sauces and stir to mix. Finalize by adding in chillies and green onions.Stir a few seconds and dish out. Serve hot with white rice.
