Caramel Steamed Cake

I used the standard measuring cups for the recipe 

2 eggs
½ cup corn oil
3 tbsp condense milk
1 tbsp butter (melted)
1 ¾ cup plain flour
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
1 cup sugar
1 1/3 cup water/ 330ml 

½ cup grated coconut(white part only)
A pinch of salt

Heat a steamer.
Sieve the flour and  bicarbonate soda together.Leave aside.
In a stainless steel wide surface pan ,add in 1 cup sugar,spread the sugar evenly until it covers the whole surface  and leave to caramized in low heat. Once the sugar had melted add in
1 1/3 cup of water and stir until well combine.
In a blender, add in eggs,milk,condense milk and oil and blend until well combine.Add in the camarized sugar and flour alternatively and blend  them until well incorporated.
Coat  a steaming pan with oil and pour in the mixture. Steam for 25 to 30mins.
Mix  salt with the grated coconut.Steam for about 5 mins. Serve the cake with grated coconut as topping.

The texture of the cake was still soft and fluffy after a few hours.Recommend everyone to try out as it  will only take about 30mins of your time to prepare this easy to do cake.
