Coconut Sprinkle




          MERRY CHRISTMAS 2014 
TO ALL FRIENDS AND BLOGGERS













Ingredients A
100gm butter
20gm shortening
90gm castor sugar
½ tsp red colouring
½ egg yolk

Ingredients B

140gm self raising flour
50gm corn flour
2 tbsp milk powder
30gm desiccated coconut

Decoration

Desiccated coconut mixed with red colouring
Melted white chocolate



Beat well ingredients A. Add in ingredients B and knead until it forms a dough.
Roll dough into flat sheet, slightly thick ,then use diamond shape cutter to cut out desired shapes.Glaze with beaten egg and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.Bake in preheated oven at 140C for 30mins.When cookies are cooled, pipe out lines with melted cooking chocolate oon top and you can sprinkle some toasted desiccated coconut if you wish.
