Cheesy Carrot Potato Cakes





Ingredients

     2 large Potatoes, Peeled And Grated On The Large Holes Of A Box Grater, About 1 Cup(can also parboil and than grate)
     2-3 Medium Carrots, Peeled And Grated On The Large Holes Of A Box Grater, About 1 Cup
     1 Small Red Onion, Peeled And Grated
     1 Cup  Cheddar Cheese
     1 Large Egg
     1/4 Cup Flour
     1 Tbsp Paprika
     1 tsp cayenne powder
     2 Tsps Seasoning Salt
     1/2 Tsp Pepper

    Oil For Shallow Frying

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, flatten thin and shallow fry in semi hot oil
