1 box brownie mix, (I used American Brownies brownie mix)
12 Oreo Cookies (cookies with any filling of your choice)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 12 muffin cup baker with paper liners.The actual recipe required to place 2 cookies in one muffin cup but my muffin pan can only accommodate 1 cookie.Therefore place the number of cookies base on the height of your muffin pan .If the muffin pan’s height is less, than the cookies will be taller than the actual level of the pan.
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions.Ensure that the brownie mixture is in a pouring consistency. For each cupcake ,pour a tsp of brownie mixture, spread 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on both sides of a Oreo cookie and cover the cookie with more brownie mixture. If you have left over brownie batter, bake separately in a separate muffin tin. Bake cookies and brownies for 15 to 20 minutes, until brownies are cooked through.
