Baking bread or buns have not been a regular thing with me. The last I baked a bun was more then a decade ago !! It was a fruit bun which came out soft and one to be proud of since it was my first attempt. After that I just let go on making breads nor buns.
Recently I came across bread flour in Cold Storage,Melaka. Got one and thought 0f having a go with some bread making ! Came across a hotdog bun recipe and tried it out.
Came out quiet well, soft and tasty.Sharing the recipe with all of you.
