Another version of daisy cookies.This time I used a combination of shortening and its eggless!!
120gm butter
75g shortening
90gm icing sugar
180gm plain flour
½ tsp baking powder
90gm corn flour
1 tbsp milk powder
Red colouring

Beat well butter,icing sugar,baking powder and shortening.
Add in rest of the ingredients and knead to form a smooth dough.
Take a bit of dough and add in red colouring to it.
Use daisy nozzle and pipe out daisy shapes with the plain dough on paper cups.
Using another small daisy mould press out red dough on top to have double layering. Decorate as per your liking.
Bake in preheated oven at 140C for 20-30mins
