60gm icing sugar
30g custard powder
40g corn flour
1 egg yolk
180gm plain flour
1 egg (beaten)
100gm macadamia nuts (you can use the easily available Tong garden macadamia)
Melted white chocolate
Beat butter,icing sugar and egg yolk till creamy.
Add in the rest of the ingredients, knead till smooth dough is formed.Roll out evenly.
Use cookie cutter to cut out desired shapes, glaze with beaten egg and decorate with macadamia and sprinkle hundred thousands.
Bake in preheated oven at 150C for 25-30mins or till golden brown.
When cooled, pipe out pattern on top with melted white chocolate.
