Raspberry leaf (Rubus species) is a member of the rose family. With a flavor very similar to that of black tea, raspberry leaf is very rich in minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iron. It is considered a supreme tonic herb for women's health concerns such as menstrul conditions , pregnancy and menopause. Raspberry strengthens the joints and tendons - and its nutrients are also beneficial for men.
For your BathHerbal Tea Baths are relaxing and stimulating to the body. For centuries herbs have been used to relax & refresh the body. Herbal Tea Baths are a group of natural herbs with no fragrance. The bouquet of the herbs brings out their natural aroma. Smells absolutely wonderful.Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. (DO NOT MICROWAVE) Remove from heat. Drop Herbal Tea leaves (Lavender Blossoms, Egyptian Chamomile, Cloves, Calendula Flowers, Red Rose Petals, Eucalyptus Leaves, Juniper Berries.) combine the leaves in a tea bag form and drop into the hot water. Let steep for about 2 minutes. Relax and enjoy your bath. If you wish, you can use the herbal tea bath more than once. Lay it out to dry and reuse. Try not to use it more than twice.
For refreshing a roomPut the herbal leaves into a bowl or small basket and place on the center table or the dinning room table or the book case. Gives your room a fantastic aroma.
For use as potpourri. Put the combination of tea leaves into your potpourri pot and enjoy. If you do not have a potpourri pot, bring some water to a boil on the stove. Drop in a tea bag. Let simmer at a low heat for about 3 minutes. Pour into a bowl and place in your favorite room
