Put some butter in a baking pan , add boiled potatoes about 1/2 kg ( I used washed potatoes), sprinkle salt and pepper and spread them ,making sure each are in individual a part.Bake in oven 190C for 20 to 30mins. Take out, and press lightly with a potato masher until it breaks a bit, on it spread some fresh rosemary herbs,throw in some garlic with skin . Bake for another 20-30mins or until u feel it looks great . Fry some bacon and sprinkle on top.
