Sesame Crisps

This sesame crisp is just great with a cup of coffee or tea. Its crispy, sweet and an additive snack  .

160gm bread flour
160gm plain flour
60gm sugar(more if you want more sweet)
20gm cold butter(cut in cubes)
2 eggs

Glazing
¼ cup Milk

Sprinkle

Black sesame seeds

Combine both flours and sugar in a bowl.Crumble in the cold butter into the flour.Add in the eggs and combine it with the flour.Sprinkle water as you continue to make it into a pliable dough. Leave to rest for 10mins in the fridge.
Sprinkle flour on a flat board.Take a bit of the dough and flatten it as thin as you can(the thinner the better) .Cut in triangle shape.I used a pizza cutter.
Dap some milk on the surface and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Deep fry until brown or crisp. Leave to cool before storing.
