A beautiful bread serve with butter and jam. Advisable to consume the bread within 2 dayz.
200gm bread flour
10gm milk powder
½ tsp bread improver
20gm castor sugar
½ tsp honey
65gm carrot juice
25gm cold orange juice and rinds from one orange
4gm instant yeast
Dissolve all the ingredients B, then add in A till it becomes a rough dough.
Add in C ,mix well.Knead into a smooth dough.This can take about 15mins until when you touch the dough it bounces back .rest the dough for 30mins.
Divide the dough into 5 or 8 parts.Mould into round shape,place onto greased tray.Leave it to prove in size,Can take about a hour or so.Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.Bake at 180C for 20-25mins.
